They delivered on time and the floral arrangement was fresh and beautiful but did not contain the Stargazers we had ordered. With 1 phone call, they quickly agreed to make it right and also delivered a bouquet of fresh stargazers. The flowers were for my daughter's birthday and she was very pleased. I would highly recommend LUGO FLOWERS.
